Games with either (XBLA) or (PSN) next to them means they are an exclusive to that system.
These are my personal opinions so feel free to disagree, but this of course would make you wrong!
Ratings Guide:
9 - 10 - Amazing, a truly great game that should be bought as soon as humanly possible.
8 - Excellent, a strong title that offers great gameplay, longevity, or a unique experience.
7 - A good game, though maybe lacking in some areas such as replayability. Worth a purchase if you like the genre.
6 - A good game if you are a big fan of the genre or style. Otherwise, very average. Probably has little replay value once finished, or has several nagging flaws which spoil the experience.
4 - 5 - Poor, may rate slightly higher with diehard fans of this type of game, but unless it can be found in a sale it is best ignored.
Below 4 - Awful. Don't bother, not even if it's free.

I have left out the older SEGA titles like Sonic 1,2, and 3, Comix Zone etc as they can all be grabbed on the amazingly good Ultimate Mega Drive Collection, which everyone reading this should already own (you do own it, right?).
Namco's older titles can also be obtained via the also amazing Namco Museum : Virtual Arcade which features all the XBLA titles like Pac Man, Galaga, and Dig Dug, as well as loads of other arcade classics like Rolling Thunder, Mappy, Dragon Buster and Bosconian.
